Georgia Real Estate Exam Format
The Georgia Real Estate Salesperson Exam consists of two portions:
- National portion: 80 questions (federal real estate principles)
- Georgia portion: 72 questions (Georgia-specific laws)
- Total: 152 questions
- Time limit: 3.5 hours (210 minutes)
- Passing score: 75% on EACH portion
- Exam fee: $81
You must score 75% or higher on BOTH portions independently. If you pass one portion but fail the other, you only retake the failed portion.
